Business lead refunds
You can return a lead within 7 days if it meets any of the following conditions:
Lead is not a homeowner or someone 18 years old
Invalid contact details (phone number or email) on the lead
Lead is outside of the territory defined in the contractor’s filters
The project is inconsistent with type of work defined in contractor’s profile
Contact us with the Paypal Transaction ID.
